This policy does not apply to any other company or to any other company's websites even if you access them through our site. If you disclose your personal information to other companies your information will be dealt with according to their privacy policies and practices. We accept no responsibility or liability for other companies' sites.
Information We Collect From You
We may collect and process the following data about you:
(a) Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.KAIFLOW.com (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering as a member of our online club, subscribing to and using our services, posting materials or requesting further services.
(b) If you contact us, whether by email, post, fax or telephone, or if we contact you, similarly we may keep a record of that correspondence.
(c) We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
(d) Details of transactions you carry out through our site.
(e) Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
(f) If you enter into any of our competitions or promotions, we may ask for information about you, which will be made clear at the time you enter. We will also inform you of the purposes for which the information you provide may be used.
(g) We collect information in aggregated form from users of our websites to help us to make improvements to the websites and to the services we make available. We know, for instance, how many visitors there are to each website, when they visited, for how long and to which areas of our website they went. What Information is Published on the Site?
When you create your member profile (profile) your name and email address and any other information you have chosen to make public will be available to other members and when you upload personal information in connection with your use of the site and our interactive services you will be making that personal information publicly available to all other members and guests of our online club and you do so at your own risk. If you do not wish to make certain information publicly available via your profile you should select the 'private' option.
Your name, email address and the name of any company or organisation you work for will be available to other members.
Although we implement security measures in the site and we limit access to the site by third party search engine 'crawlers' but please do be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that the personal information content you post on the site will not be viewed by unauthorised persons. Even after removal, copies of personal information you have chosen to upload to the site may have been copied and stored by other persons.
We therefore urge you to consider carefully what information you upload to the site.
Any improper collection or misuse of information is a breach of the website use agreement, and the acceptable use policy and should be reported to email@example.com .
Once this information is made available on the site we will not be responsible for any use which is made of this information. If you do not want to make this information public you should not include it within your Profile or you should not use the interactive services.
IP Addresses and Cookies
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, graphic designers in W1). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

How to access and update your email preferences, personal information and public information
You have the opportunity to opt-out of certain communications and to modify the non-public personal information you or the public information in your Profile at any time by going to the 'My Account' or 'My Profile' section of the site. Please be aware that it may take several hours for the change you make to take effect in the public areas of the website. Please note that any changes will only change or delete data in our database for the purposes of future activities and communications.
